An essential plumbing and heating item with a very short abbreviation of a much longer named description ? polytetrafluoroethylene! PTFE quickly and easily makes a seal on any threaded joint and can be reinforced further with a thread sealant, such as our favourite sealing compound ? Jet Blue. The PTFE Tape roll is 12m long and is 12mm wide x 0.075mm thick.

This PTFE is made to BS 7786 and is WRAS approved for use on portable water too!
